Starting this week, patrons of the St. Joseph County Public Library can now have access to library content on-demand from a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer without waiting to borrow, and without a late-fee.
It's called Hoopla Digital.
The service is now live in 12 libraries in the state of Indiana including the Mishawaka-Penn-Harris Public Library.
Besides local content that offered the service also has partnerships with some major Hollywood studios and record companies.
They plan to add eBooks by the end of the year.
