some of those crimes.
43 year-old Anthony "Bones" Jefferson go to trial on January 14, 2014, on murder and attempted murder charges
stemming from a shooting in late September.
Another trial date will be set for the robbery and confinement charges he faces.
Back in September, Jefferson was charged in the shootings of Jason Reid and Tyreece Walker.
Tyreece Walker survived and was taken to the hospital while Jason Reid was found dead at the scene.
The additional charges of robbery and confinement were added a few days later.
Proseuctors say after the shooting incident, Jefferson allegedly forced a woman to withdraw $200 from
a Mishawaka ATM machine as she was checking her banking balance.
Jefferson then allegedly forced the woman, with her 11 year-old son in the car, to
drive him to another location, at which point he allegedly took her cell phone.
He is also alleged to have approached a cashier at the 7/11 Store at the corner of Logan and
Jefferson Blvd in South Bend where he allegedly threw coffee in the cashier's face,
at which point Jefferson allegedly directed her to open the registers, taking cash and cigarettes.
